PTS has three EDM wire machines, with the largest machine's capability being 12 x 23.6 x 15.7 inches.  If we have pieces that are larger, we can cut with multiple setups.

High volume, 4 stage hand-transfer tools utilizing 0.125 in thick x 25.75 x 27.50 inch blanks.  One side is cosmetic, so we are careful not to scratch or dent the part.
